The Jewellery CAM Operator is responsible for preparing jewellery designs for production using CAM software and operating 3D printing machines. The role ensures accurate file preparation, proper machine setup, quality control, and timely completion of production work according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and review jewellery CAD files and 3D models for production.
2. Import and prepare 3D jewellery models using CAM software.
3. Check model orientation, dimensions, and printability before processing.
4. Prepare print files and configure suitable printing parameters based on design requirements.
5. Set up and operate 3D printing machines** for jewellery model production.
6. Select appropriate printing materials and machine settings according to production requirements.
7. Monitor the 3D printing process and ensure smooth machine operation.
8. Inspect printed models for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and defects.
9. Identify and troubleshoot printing errors and CAM software issues.
10. Coordinate with CAD designers and production team members to resolve design and printing problems.

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of 3D printing machines.
12. Maintain production records, printing files, and material usage details.
13. Minimize material wastage and rejected prints by ensuring proper settings and quality checks.
14. Complete assigned production jobs within the specified timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Relevant technical qualification or experience in jewellery CAD/CAM operations.
- Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes and 3D modelling.
- Experience with jewellery CAM software and 3D printing machines is preferred.
- Understanding of 3D printing parameters, support structures, orientation, and print quality.
- Positive troubleshooting, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with CAD designers and the production team.

- 3D printing accuracy and quality.
- Machine productivity and utilization.
- Reduction in printing failures and material wastage.
- Timely completion of production jobs.
- Proper machine maintenance and compliance with quality standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
