Role: Production Manager

Experience: 5-8 years

Responsibilities:

* Plan and manage garment production schedules and delivery timelines.

* Coordinate with tailors, karigars, embroidery units and external vendors.

* Monitor cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing and garment quality.

* Ensure production follows approved samples and design specifications.

* Manage fabric, trims, material consumption and production costs.

* Track work-in-progress, resolve delays and maintain production reports.

* Ensure finished garments meet quality standards and dispatch deadlines.

Requirements:

* Experience in luxury ethnicwear, couture or designerwear production.

* Solid knowledge of garment construction and embroidery.

* Vendor management, costing and team coordination skills.

* Proficiency in Excel and production tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
