Roles and Responsibilities for BDM:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Convert leads into long-term clients and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Sales Strategy Development & Execution

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Set sales targets and work towards meeting or exceeding them.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients to address their specific business needs.

Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to strengthen relationships and drive retention.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

- Lead and mentor juniors to set up call through cold calling
- 1 Manager + 1 Sr. Associate + 2 Associate





Competitor & Industry Analysis

- Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Suggest and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Revenue Growth & Profitability

- Assign monthly, quarterly & yearly target to team
- Monitor revenue growth, identify new revenue streams, and work to optimize profit margins.
- Ensure the achievement of financial objectives and drive continuous improvement in business operations.
