Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Content Production

- Edit and deliver a minimum of 2–3 high-quality short-form videos daily, depending on complexity and creative requirements.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and other social media content.
- Edit personal branding content, founder-led videos, thought leadership content, talking-head videos, and podcast clips.
- Work with different editing styles, including cinematic, fast-paced, storytelling-driven, minimalist, and trend-based formats.
- Incorporate transitions, sound effects, background music, captions, colour grading, and visual effects to enhance content quality.

2. Motion Graphics & Product Videos

- Create engaging SaaS product launch videos, product explainers, feature demonstrations,



and promotional videos.
- Develop text animations, kinetic typography, motion graphics, and animated visual elements.
- Use screen recordings, UI animations, and product visuals to communicate software features effectively.
- Build visually appealing animations that simplify complex concepts and strengthen brand communication

3. AI-Powered Video Creation

- Create and enhance videos using AI-powered video generation and editing tools.
- Experiment with AI-generated visuals, video sequences, animations, and creative effects.
- Stay updated with emerging AI video technologies and integrate them into the content production workflow.
- Combine AI-generated content with traditional editing techniques to produce polished, professional videos.

4. Creative Thinking & Brand Aesthetics

- Understand different brand personalities, target audiences, and content objectives.
- Maintain strong visual consistency across fonts, colours, transitions, layouts, and overall aesthetics.
- Apply a solid understanding of pacing, hooks, storytelling, and audience retention.
- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and marketing teams to translate creative briefs into impactful videos.
- Suggest creative improvements rather than relying solely on predefined editing instructions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
