Landeed is a Y Combinator-backed startup. We help people get their land and property documents without going to government offices again and again. Our field team does this work on the ground, and it is a very important part of our company.
Job Overview
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Field Operations Executives to manage on-ground operations across Karnataka. The role involves visiting government offices, Sub-Registrar Offices, and vendors to facilitate property-document collection and submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Check your route for the day on the app
- Visit Sub-Registrar Offices, government offices and vendors on your route
- Collect, submit or check documents as given in the task
- Take clear photos of documents, receipts and acknowledgements
- Upload the proof on the app the same day
- If any work is stuck or delayed, inform your team lead quickly
- Keep a good relationship with office staff and vendors.
Requirements
- Class 12 pass or above; freshers are welcome.
- Fluency in Kannada is essential, basic Hindi or English is helpful.
- Must be willing to travel across Karnataka as required.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile applications.
- Positive communication, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Experience in field operations, delivery, courier services, documentation, or field sales is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Rs. 25,000 - 30,000
