- Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Explain photography packages, offers, and services to clients.
- Manage client bookings, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the studio team to ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Marathi, Hindi, and basic English communication skills preferred.
