About the Role

Homewala is looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 2–3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and video content for social media, digital advertising, real estate projects, and brand campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Create engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts for real estate projects, property launches, offers and campaigns.
- Maintain consistency with Homewala's brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Adapt and resize designs according to different platforms and advertising formats.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to understand campaign requirements.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and video advertisements.
- Create engaging short-form videos for real estate projects and social media campaigns.
- Add transitions, text, subtitles, music, sound effects and other visual effects.




- Edit property walkthroughs, promotional videos, testimonials and marketing videos.
- Create video content suitable for Meta Ads, YouTube Ads and other digital campaigns.
- Keep up with current video trends and social media formats.

Required Skills

Graphic Design:

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition and layouts.
- Ability to create skilled and engaging marketing creatives.

Video Editing:

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of short-form video editing and social media formats.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, colour correction and audio editing.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing videos.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Experience in real estate, digital marketing, advertising or media will be an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
