About the role
Interactive Insights is a market research company. We need telecallers for feedback and survey calls. This is not a sales or target-based job. You’ll be judged on the accuracy and quality of feedback you collect.
Responsibilities
- Call respondents from the given database
- Ask survey questions as per the script
- Record answers accurately in Excel or an online form
- Update call status (completed, not reachable, call-back, refused)
- Keep respondent details confidential
Requirements
- 12th pass or graduate
- Clear, polite communication in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Positive listening skills and honesty in data entry
- Freshers welcome
