Are you passionate about social media, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing? InGrowthGen is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who want hands-on experience across different areas of digital marketing and are eager to learn by working on real projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Content Writing: Write engaging captions, social media posts, hooks, and marketing copy.
- Graphic Designing: Create social media posts, carousels, and marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form videos and Reels using tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar software.
- Campaign Management: Assist with planning, executing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Research potential customers, identify prospects, and build lead lists.
- Email Marketing: Create marketing emails, newsletters, and support email campaigns.
- Research & Analytics: Conduct competitor research, identify trends, and track basic marketing performance.




- AI Tools: Use tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to support content creation and marketing activities.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Valuable written communication and content-writing skills.
- Basic graphic designing skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Familiarity with video editing tools is an advantage.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and openness to feedback.

Freshers are welcome to apply! You don't need to be an expert in every area. We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in digital marketing, basic practical skills, and the motivation to grow.
