Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Boiler Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain boiler systems at our dairy and food manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a continuous supply of steam for production processes while maintaining operational efficiency, workplace safety, and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor boilers to ensure an uninterrupted steam supply for dairy processing and other manufacturing operations.
- Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water levels, steam output, and fuel consumption.
- Conduct routine inspections of boiler equipment, valves, pumps, pipelines, and associated systems.
- Maintain appropriate boiler water levels and coordinate water treatment activities to prevent scaling, corrosion, and operational issues.
- Monitor fuel consumption and ensure efficient boiler operation.
- Perform routine cleaning,



preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of boiler equipment.
- Maintain daily operational logs, pressure readings, water treatment records, fuel consumption records, and maintenance registers.
- Identify abnormal operating conditions and promptly report equipment faults, leaks, or safety hazards.
- Coordinate with the engineering and maintenance teams for repairs, servicing, and scheduled shutdowns.
- Follow applicable boiler safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Boilers Act, 2025, the Boilers Regulations, 2025, and other relevant safety requirements, as applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the boiler room and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure the uninterrupted availability of steam for dairy processing operations.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
