Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Cold Calling / Business Development Executive to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and generate qualified business opportunities for Visuals Creations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential brands, businesses, and marketing agencies.
- Introduce Visuals Creations and understand the prospect's creative requirements.
- Identify businesses that need ongoing video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and content production support.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and potential fit.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.




- Maintain accurate records of prospects and follow-up activities.
- Schedule discovery calls or meetings with qualified prospects.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Communicate prospect feedback and market insights to the team.

Requirements

- Solid verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, founders, and agency decision-makers.
- Ability to confidently handle cold calls and objections.
- Good understanding of basic sales and lead-generation concepts.
- Professional English communication.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Previous experience in cold calling, telecalling, B2B sales, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
