Job Description

Opening for Director Business Development

Role & Responsibility:

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across Large Corporates, Mid-Corporates, Financial Institutions, and Structured Finance segments.

- Meet and engage with Promoters, CFOs, Treasurers, Bankers, Investment Bankers, and Consultants to generate new rating mandates.

- Lead client pitches, presentations, and discussions to explain rating methodologies, processes, and value propositions.





- Maintain and grow strategic long-term relationships with key corporate clients and financial market intermediaries.

- Track market developments, fund-raising trends, regulatory updates (SEBI/RBI), and competitor activities.

- Collaborate closely with internal rating/analytical teams to ensure smooth mandate execution and client servicing.

- Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and investor networking platforms.

- Lead and mentor BD / Origination team members to achieve assigned business targets.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards.
