Qualification: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Analytics; MBA/PGDM preferred.

We are looking for an experienced CRM qualified to drive customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchases across our retail stores, franchise outlets, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop CRM strategies and manage customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Drive customer retention, repeat purchases, cross-selling, and reactivation.
- Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance.
- Track CRM revenue and prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Franchise, E-commerce, and IT teams.
- Present CRM insights and performance updates to management.





Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in CRM, retail, e-commerce, or customer analytics.
- Experience in customer segmentation, retention campaigns, or loyalty programmes preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding.
