We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One professional to provide functional support coordinate with business users improve business processes and support system enhancements Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Key Responsibilities
Provide day to day SAP Business One support to end users
Support business processes related to production inventory purchase sales quality finance and logistics
Analyse system issues identify root causes and coordinate with SAP consultants and vendors for resolution
Manage master data and transaction related activities
Gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Participate in SAP B1 implementation enhancements testing and add on activities
Coordinate with implementation partners for system integration and process improvements
Perform data validation and reconciliation between SAP and operational systems
Conduct user training and prepare SOPs and user guides
Monitor system issues and ensure timely resolution
Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of hands on experience in SAP Business One
Solid understanding of SAP B1 functional processes
Experience in functional support troubleshooting and master data management
Knowledge of manufacturing production inventory and procurement processes
Experience in implementation support testing enhancements and integrations
Good communication analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing organisation
Exposure to process automation and IoT related initiatives
Experience coordinating with business users and external implementation partners
