Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Film Editor to join our creative team, focusing on AI-generated films, web series, microdramas, and other fiction-based content. In this role, you will transform AI-generated visuals and scenes into cohesive, cinematic narratives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of film editing, storytelling, character progression, and visual continuity, while also navigating the unique challenges presented by AI-generated footage.

What You Will Do:

- Edit AI-generated films, web series, microdramas, and other narrative-driven content from individual scenes to final delivery.
- Structure scenes and sequences to maintain narrative flow, emotional depth, and audience engagement.
- Make creative decisions regarding shot selection, scene transitions, pacing, continuity, and overall storytelling.
- Ensure visual consistency across AI-generated shots, including character appearances, locations, movements, and scene progression.
- Collaborate with directors, writers, and creative teams to translate scripts and creative briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Utilize dialogue, music, sound effects, and ambience to enhance emotions, tension, and cinematic impact.
- Identify inconsistencies, awkward transitions, and visual issues in AI-generated footage and develop effective editing solutions.
- Refine edits based on creative feedback while preserving the story's intent, tone, and continuity.

What We Are Looking For:

- 2-3 years of experience in film editing, video editing, or post-production, preferably in films,



web series, OTT, microdramas, or fiction-based content.
- Strong understanding of narrative structure, scene construction, character arcs, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience editing short films, episodic content, microdramas, or other story-driven projects.
- A good sense of cinematic language, including shot selection, continuity, transitions, and emotional timing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Understanding of sound design, dialogue editing, music selection, and color correction.
- Ability to work with AI-generated footage and maintain continuity across shots that may have visual or character inconsistencies.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on edits.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating storytelling ability and experience with narrative-driven content.

Bonus Points:

- Experience editing AI-generated films, web series, or microdramas.
- Familiarity with AI video generation platforms and workflows.
- Experience with dialogue-heavy, character-driven, or emotionally layered storytelling.
- Understanding of cinematic grammar, genre-specific editing styles, and suspense-building techniques.
- Experience collaborating with directors, screenwriters, or film production teams.
- Ability to identify limitations in AI-generated footage and creatively work around them to deliver a seamless final output.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
