Hiring: Finance Manager

Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

Shriram Synergy is looking for an experienced Finance Manager with robust expertise in financial auditing, cash flow management, and contractor finance, preferably within the PSU sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cash flow, working capital, budgeting, and financial planning.

- Handle internal audits, financial reconciliations, and expense verification.

- Manage Bank Guarantees (BG), EMDs, PBGs, renewals, and banking operations.

- Oversee PSU contract billing, RA bills, payment follow-ups, LD deductions, and financial settlements.

- Ensure GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory compliances.

- Monitor project-wise costing, profitability, vendor payments, and financial MIS.

- Coordinate with PSU clients, banks,



auditors, vendors, and project teams.

- Conduct financial audits and visits to project sites as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting; relevant professional qualifications preferred.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.

- Prior experience in PSU-sector organizations and contractor firms is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of financial auditing, cash flow management, BG formation, and contract finance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
