Job Description – Service Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Service Coordinator to coordinate solar service activities, schedule technician visits, handle customer queries, and ensure timely resolution of service requests.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule service visits for solar installations.
- Handle customer calls, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with service engineers and technicians for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain service records, customer details, and job reports.
- Follow up on pending service requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service reports and update internal records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.




- Monitor service activities and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

- Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Electronics or a related field preferred.
- Experience in service coordination, preferably in the solar industry, is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests and follow-ups.
- Freshers with good communication and organizational skills may also apply.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
