Position: Jr. Technical Engineer

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma – EEE, ECE or E&I;

Location: Erode

Job Responsibilities

- Configure and program IoT devices based on customer requirements and site conditions.
- Perform installation, commissioning, testing and configuration of IoT-based devices at customer locations.
- Attend customer sites for current installations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and service activities.
- Diagnose hardware, communication, connectivity and configuration-related issues in IoT devices.
- Ensure all installed IoT devices are functioning correctly before completing the site work.
- Provide technical support to customers through phone calls and guide them in resolving basic operational and device-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of all installation, commissioning and service activities.
- Prepare and submit installation reports, service reports, site visit reports and other required technical documentation on time.

Qualification & Requirements





- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in EEE, ECE or E&I;, MECHATRONICS.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge can apply.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical wiring, sensors, controllers and IoT devices is preferred.
- Ability to understand wiring diagrams and basic technical documentation.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for handling customer queries and providing technicalsupport.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
