Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, patient, and responsible Infant Caregiver / Nanny to provide secure, nurturing, and attentive care to infants aged 6–18 months. Candidates must have at least 1 years of hands-on experience handling infants in a daycare, crèche, or home setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily infant care routines, including feeding, burping, diaper changing, and nap schedules.
- Maintain hygiene by sterilizing feeding bottles, sanitizing toys, and keeping sleeping areas clean.
- Follow individual feeding and care instructions shared by parents.
- Monitor food intake, allergies, sleep patterns, and overall well-being.
- Ensure continuous supervision and follow safe-sleep practices.
- Engage infants in age-appropriate activities such as tummy time, sensory play, music, and interactive games.
- Observe and record developmental milestones, including rolling, sitting, crawling, and babbling.
- Maintain daily records of feeding, diaper changes, naps, mood, and activities.
- Communicate updates to parents and report concerns to the Facilitator or Branch Head.




- Coordinate with other caregivers to maintain appropriate adult-child ratios.
- Follow childcare SOPs, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience caring for infants aged 6–18 months is mandatory.
- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
- Practical experience in diaper changing, bottle feeding, burping, soothing, and infant sleep routines.
- Basic Hindi or the local language is required.
- Must be patient, gentle, attentive, nurturing, and physically fit to lift and carry infants safely.
- Must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including early morning and late evening shifts.
- Police verification and a health check are mandatory.
- ANM/GNM qualifications or a baby-care certification will be an added advantage.

Work Timings

- Centre operating hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Working hours: 8 hours per day in rotational shifts.
- Flexibility with shift timings is required.
