Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and motivated Company Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage employees, coordinate departments, and ensure the smooth functioning and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily company operations.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Coordinate sales, marketing, customer service, and other departments.
- Ensure employees fulfil their duties and responsibilities on time.
- Monitor sales performance and support business growth.
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure proper stock management and coordination with the sales team.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or MBA or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in company management or operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of sales, business operations, and employee management.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve company targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Responsible, organised, and results-oriented approach.
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience

A proactive individual with strong management skills who can take responsibility for the company's operations, lead the team effectively, and contribute to business growth.
