Job Summary:

We are hiring customer support executives for Tamil and Malayalam voice processes. Candidates with good communication skills in either language and a customer-focused approach are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
- Follow call-handling procedures and quality standards.
- Work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Any graduate or diploma holder.
- Candidates with arrears or discontinued education are eligible.




- Valuable communication skills in Tamil or Malayalam.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Freshers can apply.

Salary & Benefits:

- Tamil Voice Process: ₹15,000 take-home per month.
- Malayalam Voice Process: ₹20,000 take-home per month.
