Skills

- Strong active listening and verbal communication skills.
- High level of empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure (crisis management).
- Deep understanding of adolescent development and behavioral psychology.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical, Applied, or Child Psychology preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in school-based counselling or a similar educational setting.
- A PG Diploma in Guidance and Counselling or specialized school counselling certification is highly desirable.
