JK Securities Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Equity Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating brokerage revenue, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new Trading & Demat account clients through effective business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients.
- Generate brokerage revenue by increasing client trading activity.
- Understand clients' investment objectives and provide suitable market-related guidance.
- Share market updates, research insights, stock recommendations, and trading opportunities.
- Cross-sell Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and other investment products.
- Convert leads into active clients through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Research, RMS,



Operations, and Back Office teams for seamless client servicing.
- Monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities to increase business.
- Resolve client queries promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular client engagement through calls, meetings, and digital platforms.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM regularly.
- Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a Stock Broking or Capital Markets company.
- MBA/PGDBA in Marketing or Finance preferred.
- NISM Series VIII Certification is mandatory.
- Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of equity markets, trading platforms, and investment products.
- Target-oriented with a passion for business development and client servicing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
