We’re looking for a Creative Manager who can bring ideas to life through compelling videos, brand films, corporate shoots, product demonstrations, and podcasts. If you can transform creative concepts into high-quality content and manage projects from ideation to final delivery, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

- Lead End-to-End Video Production: Take ownership of the entire production journey, from brainstorming and scripting to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
- Create Engaging Visual Stories: Develop innovative concepts and translate creative ideas into impactful videos aligned with brand objectives.
- Drive Brand & Corporate Shoots: Plan and execute corporate videos, brand films, promotional content, and product demonstration videos.
- Manage Podcast Production: Coordinate podcast planning, recording, production, and post-production to deliver engaging content.
- Own Production Planning: Manage shoot schedules, locations, equipment, production requirements, and external production partners.
- Collaborate Across Teams:



Work closely with Marketing and other stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver creative content that supports business goals.
- Maintain Creative Excellence: Review video quality, editing, sound, visuals, and storytelling to ensure every output meets brand standards.
- Coordinate Creative Partners: Work with videographers, editors, designers, photographers, and external agencies to bring concepts to life.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in creative management, video production, content production, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, video production, and creative communication.
- Experience managing shoots and video projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent project management, planning, and coordination skills.
- A creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to turn briefs into engaging content.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage production timelines effectively.
- A strong portfolio or showreel is mandatory.
