We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Gratis Group of Companies in Kalamassery. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and explain products or services effectively.
- Generate leads through calls, client visits, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate with customers and support the development of effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, if required.
