Corporate Trainer / Lecturer – IT, ECE & Non-IT

The JobSync is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Corporate Trainer / Lecturer to design and deliver engaging training programs for students, freshers, corporate employees, and working professionals.

We are open to candidates with expertise in IT/Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or Non-IT/Corporate Training domains.

Candidates with strong ECE/Electronics knowledge and teaching or training experience are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging training sessions through online and offline modes.
- Conduct technical lectures, workshops, practical sessions, and corporate training programs.
- Develop training materials, presentations, activities, assessments, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Customize training content based on learner profiles, academic requirements, and organizational needs.
- Explain technical concepts clearly using real-world applications, examples, demonstrations, and case studies.
- Evaluate participant/student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct interactive sessions for students, freshers, professionals, and corporate employees.
- Coordinate with HR and internal teams to understand training requirements.
- Track training effectiveness and prepare training reports when required.
- Continuously update training content according to industry trends, technologies, and organizational requirements.

ECE / Electronics & Communication Training Areas

Candidates with robust knowledge or teaching/training experience in ECE or Electronics-related domains are welcome.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ECE, Electronics & Communication Engineering, EEE, EIE, CSE, IT, Computer Science, or another relevant discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, Lecturer,



Assistant Professor, Faculty, Subject Matter Expert, Soft Skills Trainer, or Learning & Development professional.
- Strong subject knowledge in at least one technical, ECE, IT, or Non-IT training domain.
- For ECE-focused candidates, strong understanding of electronics, communication systems, embedded systems, IoT, VLSI, or related ECE subjects is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
- Ability to handle different audiences including college students, freshers, corporate employees, and working professionals.
- Comfortable conducting both online and offline sessions.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, training, and developing learners.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome candidates from three broad backgrounds:

1. ECE / Electronics – Lecturers, faculty members, trainers, or industry professionals with strong ECE/Electronics knowledge.

2. IT / Technical – Trainers, faculty, developers, engineers, or technical professionals with expertise in IT/CSE-related technologies.

3. Non-IT / Corporate – Corporate trainers, soft-skills trainers, L&D; professionals, communication trainers, and professional development experts.

Candidates do not need to have expertise across all three domains. Strong expertise in any one relevant domain is sufficient.
