Role Overview
Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, and floor staff to ensure efficient orthopedic consultations, day-care procedures, and high patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate registration, consultations, imaging, minor procedures, and discharges to minimize wait times.
- Ensure consultation rooms, procedure bays, and dressing/casting units are fully operational and clean.
- Monitor stock of orthopedic consumables, braces, splints, and surgical kits; oversee equipment maintenance.
- Manage shift rosters for nursing, front-desk, and housekeeping staff while coordinating with orthopedic doctors.
