About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can take ownership of our digital marketing activities and help us generate high-quality student and parent enquiries.

This is not a role limited to creating Instagram posts.

The person will be responsible for building our online presence, running performance campaigns, generating leads, analysing campaign data and working closely with our counselling team to convert enquiries into genuine counselling opportunities and admissions.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for MBBS, NEET counselling, MBBS abroad and other education programs.
- Manage Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads.
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop campaigns targeting students and parents.




- Create different campaigns for different courses, locations, budgets and student profiles.
- Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies and offers.
- Monitor CPL, lead quality and campaign ROI.
- Identify poor-performing campaigns and optimise them.
- Develop retargeting campaigns for previous visitors and enquiries.

Skills Required Must Have

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Understanding of lead-generation campaigns
- Instagram/Facebook knowledge
- Basic analytics understanding
- Good communication skills
- Ability to analyse campaign performance
- Basic Canva skills
- Ability to work independently
- Solid interest in digital marketing and sales

Who We Are NOT Looking For

We are not looking for someone whose primary responsibility is only posting photos and reels.

We need someone who understands:

Content → Reach → Lead → Qualified Lead → Counselling → Admission

If you know how to generate followers but cannot generate qualified enquiries, this role may not be suitable.
