JD – Service Advisor

To provide excellent customer service by understanding customer concerns, coordinating vehicle servicing, and ensuring timely delivery with customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
- Explain repair requirements, service estimates, and additional work to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
- Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
- Explain completed repairs and service charges to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Promote periodic maintenance, additional repairs, and value-added services.
- Follow up with customers after service and collect feedback.
- Achieve service revenue, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.




- Maintain accurate service records and comply with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in automobile servicing or customer handling preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of automobiles.
- Customer-focused approach and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
