Job Position:- Business Development Associate

Location:- Kochi, Kerala
Salary:- ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience:- 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:-

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide relevant information about products or services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify business opportunities and support lead generation activities.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up,



and business development targets.

Requirements:-

- 2–3 years of experience in business development, telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience handling customer calls and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Valuable organizational skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
