Our Requirement

We are looking to identify fresh graduates / MBA-HR / PGDM-HR candidates from your institution who are interested in starting their careers through practical project exposure.

Selected candidates will enter a structured:

3-Month On-the-Job Training & Live Project Program – HR

During the 3-month engagement, candidates will receive:

- Structured HR and HRIS training
- Practical assignments
- Dedicated mentor guidance
- Exposure to real project requirements
- Client-project-oriented research and documentation
- HR data collection and analysis
- Recruitment and HR process exposure
- Regular performance reviews
- Final project evaluation

Current Project Requirement – HRIS Research

One of our current requirements involves a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Research Project for a large India-based manufacturing organisation.

We are looking to build a team for this requirement.

The selected candidates may be involved in:

- HRIS research and information gathering
- HR process and system mapping
- HR data collection
- Research and analysis
- Understanding HR technology requirements
- Documentation and reporting




- Preparing structured project deliverables
- Working against defined project timelines and quality standards

The detailed project scope and selection requirements will be explained during the candidate interaction process.

Internship / Employment Pathway

During the training period, candidates who successfully deliver assigned project requirements may also be considered for applicable project-based payouts, depending on the specific project scope and acceptance of their deliverables.

Following successful completion of the 3-month program, qualifying candidates may be considered for paid internship / employment opportunities, with applicable compensation determined by the role and employment terms.
