Job description:

Experience Required: Min 10 Years

Industry Preference: Manufacturing/Real Estate/Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Reporting

Oversee day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure books of accounts are accurate, complete and up to date, and complete the monthly, quarterly and annual closing on time.

Prepare and present monthly MIS, financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and variance analysis for management.

Budgeting and Cost Control

4. Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, and track actual spending against them.

5. Monitor project and product costing, identify cost overruns, and suggest ways to reduce cost.

6. Support management with financial analysis for pricing, tenders and business decisions.

Cash Flow and Treasury

7. Manage cash flow, working capital and fund planning, including vendor payments and customer collections.

8. Follow up on outstanding receivables and keep the debtor and creditor ageing under control.

9. Manage banking relationships, including loans, credit limits and guarantees.





Compliance and Audit

10. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, Qualified Tax and other statutory requirements.

11. Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors and tax consultants, and close audit observations.

12. Ensure compliance with company policies and the Companies Act, as applicable.

Controls and Team Management

13. Set up and maintain internal controls, approval limits and financial policies.

14. Verify invoices, purchase orders, GRNs and payments before processing (three-way matching).

15. Manage fixed assets and inventory records, along with the Stores and Purchase teams.

16. Lead, train and review the work of the Accounts team, and ensure proper segregation of duties.

17. Manage the accounting software or ERP (such as Tally, Zoho Books or SAP) and improve processes through automation.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
