We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing online product listings, processing orders, coordinating with customers and internal teams, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to improve online sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- E-commerce Operations: Manage daily e-commerce activities, including product listings, pricing, stock availability, and order processing across online platforms.
- Online Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase online sales through promotions, product visibility, and effective sales strategies.
- Product Management: Upload and update product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and other relevant information.
- Order Management: Monitor orders, coordinate dispatches, track deliveries, and resolve order-related issues.
- Marketplace Management: Handle platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, company websites, and other relevant online sales channels, as applicable.
- Customer Coordination: Respond to customer queries, manage complaints, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to maintain accurate stock information and avoid order cancellations.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, orders, revenue, product performance, and pending orders.
- Digital Marketing Coordination:



Work with the digital marketing team to support online promotions, campaigns, and product visibility.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales, accounts, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace management.
- Valuable Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily targets.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on sales growth and accuracy.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical product e-commerce will be an added advantage.

Working Details

Job Location: Vasai, Maharashtra
Working Days: As per company policy
Salary: As per experience and company standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
