Job Summary

Edify Education is looking for an experienced and dedicated Academic Coordinator to oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, teacher development, and student performance across Primary, Middle, and Secondary school levels. The ideal candidate should have solid academic leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate academic operations across Primary, Middle, and Secondary grades.
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation as per CBSE guidelines.
- Monitor lesson plans, syllabus completion, classroom teaching, and assessments.
- Guide, mentor, and support teachers in improving teaching methodologies.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate examinations, academic calendars, and result analysis.
- Track student performance and implement strategies to improve learning outcomes.
- Work closely with the Principal, HODs, teachers, and Subject Matter Experts.
- Organize teacher training programs and academic review meetings.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.




- Ensure consistency in teaching standards and academic quality across all school levels.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school management regarding academic progress.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. qualification mandatory.
- Relevant experience in academic coordination, teaching, or academic leadership in CBSE schools.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, and academic administration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience as an Academic Coordinator, Senior Teacher, Head of Department (HOD), or similar academic leadership role, with exposure to Primary (Grades 1–5), Middle (Grades 6–8), and Secondary (Grades 9–10), are encouraged to apply.
