We are looking for result-oriented Performance Marketers to join our agency team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms to drive lead generation and sales for our diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and scale paid ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, and CTR to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Use a strong analytical mindset to turn campaign data into actionable insights.
- Work as a team player with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Requirements
- 1+ years of paid media experience (Agency background preferred).
- Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Business Manager.
- Proficiency in GA4 and GTM for tracking and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client budgets and meet performance KPIs.
