Position Overview:
As Quality Control Engineer for our Concrete Admixtures and other allied building products, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our materials meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with our production and R&D; teams to maintain product consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality inspections and testing of admixture products.
- Analyze test results and report findings to the production and management teams.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with R&D; to support new product development and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in quality control, preferably in the admixture or construction materials industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical properties and testing methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
