Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales platforms, maintain product listings, process orders, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Upload product images, descriptions, prices, and other relevant details.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across online platforms.
- Process online orders, coordinate dispatches, and track deliveries.
- Manage product returns, exchanges, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and marketing teams.
- Monitor online sales performance, product visibility, and customer feedback.
- Ensure product information, pricing,



and promotional offers are accurate.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Support online promotions, campaigns, and discount offers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management is preferred.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, or other marketplaces.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
