About the Role

League of Entrepreneurs (LOE) is looking for a dynamic, creative and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility and drive sponsorship and franchise growth for LOE and LOE Cup, Kerala Edition.

The ideal candidate should have strong marketing skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for sports, events and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Sports Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies for LOE Cup and other sporting events.
- Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify, approach and secure corporate sponsors, brand partners and advertising partners.
- Franchise Promotion: Drive franchise enquiries, business networking and franchise sales initiatives.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media, digital campaigns, content planning, paid advertising and online engagement.
- Public Relations: Coordinate with media houses, news channels, sports platforms, influencers and public relations agencies.
- Brand Development: Build and strengthen the LOE and LOE Cup brands across Kerala and beyond.
- Event Marketing: Plan promotional campaigns, press meets, launch events, tournament publicity and sponsor activations.
- Revenue Growth: Develop measurable marketing campaigns that generate sponsorship revenue, franchise leads and business opportunities.
- Team Management: Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers, content creators and media partners.




- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results, marketing budgets, lead generation and return on investment.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- Relevant experience in marketing, preferably in sports, events, sponsorships or brand management.
- Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media strategy and campaign execution.
- Ability to build relationships with corporate clients, sponsors and business networks.
- Strong leadership, planning and execution capabilities.
- Willingness to travel for events, meetings and promotional activities across Kerala.
