Job Title: Accounts Head – Infrastructure

Salary: ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to manage financial operations, accounting activities, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance for an infrastructure-related business.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Monitor project expenses, budgets, and cost control.
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash-flow monitoring.
- Oversee GST, TDS, and other applicable tax-related activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Manage vendor payments and customer collections.
- Supervise the accounts team and review accounting entries.




- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

- B.Com/M.Com or relevant finance qualification required.
- CA/ICWA qualification may be preferred, depending on the employer's requirements.
- 5–10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Infrastructure, construction, or project-accounting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
