We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise end-to-end email campaigns, nurture prospective leads, enhance customer retention, and drive course enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and manage high-performing daily email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing drips, and automated workflows.

Draft persuasive, high-converting copy and compelling subject lines optimised to increase open and click-through rates.

Segment audience lists accurately based on user interests, demographics, engagement status, and course preferences.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability, bounce rates) to maximise ROI.

Conduct regular A/B testing on subject lines, email layouts, calls-to-action (CTAs), and send schedules.





Maintain clean mailing lists, enforce strict CAN-SPAM compliance, and protect overall domain and sender health.

Collaborate closely with internal content, design, and admissions teams to align promotional strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, copywriting, and marketing automation.

Proven track record with popular ESP/CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo/Sendinblue, ActiveCampaign).

Deep understanding of list segmentation, email deliverability standards, spam filters, and inbox placements.

Exceptional written English communication skills with a focus on storytelling and conversion copywriting.

Strong analytical mind capable of deriving actionable insights from campaign performance metrics.
