We are looking for an experienced Bleaching & Finishing Manager to oversee bleaching, dyeing preparation, and finishing operations in a textile processing unit. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality control, process optimization, machine utilization, manpower management, and timely delivery while ensuring safety standards and minimizing wastage.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in textile processing, bleaching, and finishing.
- Strong technical knowledge of chemicals, process parameters, and fabric quality.
- Positive leadership, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
