We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to manage customer and partner relationships and generate business for mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customers and partners to build strong relationships and generate business.
- Follow up with warm leads and identify new prospects.
- Generate business through calls, emails, customer visits, networking and other sales activities.
- Respond to customer requirements and RFPs.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM and submit regular reports.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, connectors and DSAs to generate customer leads.
- Coordinate with customers and financial institutions to facilitate the loan process.
Requirements
- Graduate in any field.
- MBA / Finance background preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans, DSA Management or DST Channel.
- Tech-friendly and comfortable using CRM/tools.
- Strong interest in sales and financial products.
