Sales Executive – Beverages & FMCG Distribution

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the beverages and FMCG distribution industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales, managing distributor and retailer relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage sales across assigned territories in the beverages and FMCG segments.
- Handle distributor, dealer, wholesaler, and retailer networks.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, volume targets, and revenue objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint new distributors and retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen product visibility and availability.
- Ensure product placement, merchandising, and execution of promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Manage order booking, stock availability, secondary sales, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop recent accounts.
- Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports, and sales performance updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a relevant sales background will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in beverages and FMCG distribution sales is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of distributor management, general trade, and retail sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working with beverage brands or FMCG distribution companies.
- Experience handling general trade (GT), distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Strong local market knowledge and an established retailer network will be an advantage.
