Job Title: Field Recruitment Executive

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Field Recruiter responsible for sourcing valid candidates through market visits, reference generation, and direct interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market visits to identify and source eligible candidates.
- Generate candidate references through local contacts, networks, and referrals.
- Approach potential candidates, explain available opportunities
- Verify candidate eligibility and process for Interview.
- Follow up with candidates
- Build a strong candidate network through regular field activities and reference generation.
- Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for market visits.
- Ability to generate references and source valid candidates.
- Target-oriented approach with valuable interpersonal skills.
- Experience in field sales, recruitment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
