Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning & Buying Executive to join our Mumbai team. The candidate will support media planning, vendor coordination, cost negotiation, and execution of advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and buying advertising media space.
- Coordinate with vendors and media owners for rates, availability, and bookings.
- Collect quotations and compare media costs to ensure competitive pricing.
- Support campaign planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Maintain vendor databases, rate cards, and purchase records.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Track campaign status and prepare reports as required.

Requirements:





- Freshers to 3 years of experience in Media Planning, Media Buying, Advertising, or related fields.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about media buying, vendor management, and advertising operations.

Preferred Qualification: Any Graduate.
