Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – Maintenance to oversee plant maintenance, industrial automation, and equipment reliability in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle PLC troubleshooting, HMI, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and industrial automation systems.

- Maintain industrial robots, automated production lines, and heat-treatment furnaces.

- Oversee electrical systems, motors, panels, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance to minimise equipment breakdowns.

- Conduct root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.

- Monitor MTBF, MTTR, OEE, downtime, and maintenance costs.





- Manage maintenance planning, spare parts, CMMS, contractors, and maintenance teams.

- Ensure compliance with industrial electrical safety standards and LOTO procedures.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on expertise in PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation.

- Experience in industrial robotics, furnace controls, and temperature instrumentation.

- Valuable knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.

- Proven experience in maintenance planning, breakdown reduction, and team management.
