- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and performance.
- Document software designs, processes, and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Discrete Event Simulation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective simulation models.
- Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ability to work with various programming languages and tools relevant to simulation and software engineering.
- Good understanding of system architecture and integration techniques to ensure seamless component interaction.
- Capability to optimize simulation models for performance and scalability in diverse computing environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Discrete Event Simulation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
