About Us:

First Reach Digital is a Digital Marketing & IT Solutions Company based in Kochi, providing Branding, Web Development, and Performance Marketing services to clients across India and GCC.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads and convert prospects through Calls, WhatsApp, Email and LinkedIn (No field work).

2. Understand client requirements and pitch our services - Digital Marketing, Website, Branding.

3. Follow up with leads, maintain CRM and close deals.

4. Coordinate with marketing and technical team for proposal and onboarding.

5. Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships.

6. Prepare daily sales reports and work updates.





Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: MBA in Marketing OR Any Degree + Marketing / Sales related Course.

- 0-2 Years experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development.

- Excellent communication in English is preferred (Malayalam & Hindi is plus).

- Basic knowledge in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.

- Must be target-oriented, convincing and professional in client handling.
