Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting entries, payment records, billing documentation, and logistics-related accounting activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, verifying transactions, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and logistics-related operational activities.
- Maintain accurate payment details, financial records, and accounting data.
- Upload bills, lists, and accounting entries into Tally software.
- Maintain records of bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist with payment processing, follow-ups, and reconciliation activities.
- Verify accounting entries and ensure proper transaction documentation.
- Maintain monetary and financial records of the organization.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts, payments, and logistics matters.
- Ensure accurate recording of logistics-related expenses and transactions.
- Support daily billing, data entry, and other accounts-related activities.




- Follow up on pending payments and maintain updated records.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the accounts and transport departments.

Required Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of accounting procedures and Tally software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Accuracy in maintaining financial records and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in transport, or logistics operations will be preferred.
