Job Summary

We are looking for two energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team in Kolkata. Candidates with an MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing who are interested in building a career in the alcoholic beverages industry are encouraged to apply.

One executive will focus on retail sales and distributor development, while the other will focus on institutional sales and business development. Both candidates will be responsible for expanding market reach, developing customer relationships, generating orders, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail liquor outlets and develop relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors.
- Identify new retail sales opportunities and expand the company's market presence.




- Coordinate with distributors to improve product availability, stock movement, and order generation.
- Promote the company's alcoholic beverage brands to eligible retail trade customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities, pricing, product placement, and customer demand.
- Follow up on orders, stock availability, sales performance, and outstanding payments in coordination with distributors.
- Maintain daily market visit reports, outlet databases, and sales records.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and increasing brand visibility across assigned markets.
